The last week

Hi all! I know I promised to keep this thing updated, but really? There's not much to update all the time. So-here's a little piece of our week.

Chris has had to work the day shift for the past 2 weeks. It's nice to have him around at night, but he's taking a major pay cut doing it. We hope they'll be rotating him shortly. But we're enjoying each other's company.

My morning, day and night sicky-ness has lessened. Not completely gone, but bearable. Or maybe I'm controlling it better. I have learned that I am not exactly craving the "healthy foods" this pregnancy. But I am trying my hardest to! At first I thought I could continue eating veggies, grilled chicken, rice, onions, peppers etc?... but now I can't stand them! I like fried stuff, french fries, chicken sandwiches from any burger joint, washing it down with a milkshake. It's weird. Hopefully I'll get passed this and start craving the "healthier" stuff soon. I'm scared to see how much weight I've packed since our last visit. I'll find out next Tuesday. Hopefully then will he say that I can start working out again! Yoga or something!!!!

Hurley (our Dog) got his splint taken off and has been going on 3 mile runs with Chris almost daily! It's cute! The first 2 days had him sore, but he's recovered well and leading Chris in the run now! =)

That's it! Have a great week everyone!

I was the same way - I wanted junk food the first trimester. I was also worried about gaining loads of weight - but I was able to keep my weight gain under 30 lbs! I gained the most wait in the beginning, and then near the end I didn't gain any- and I also wanted healthier stuff my last trimester - so maybe you'll be like me ;0)Glad all is well!

Glad to hear everyone is doing well! It's gotta be nice having Chris home at nights! I certainly can relate, but not this month! When do we get some pics of you and Chris and the growing belly? Soon I hope!

I'm glad everything is getting better. I craved a lot of sweets my last pregnancy but as long as I kept walking and keeping active I was able to control my weight gain better. But as long as baby is healthy, that's what matters :)
