On Friday, Chris had a 20 hour day. It was not fun! He came home around 12:30p.m. - 1:00p.m., went to bed and turned around to start his normal shift at 6 o'clock that same day. So I hardly saw him. Then since I knew he was beat tired, I went to Sacrament Meeting for the both of us. It was the 5th Sunday, so we heard our branch Pres. talk about our Church's website and how we can log on and such which I found neat.
I am now currently under the weather with a nasty cold. It's NOT fun at all! I hardly ever get sick and now... my nose is raw, my head hurts and I'm tired. (poor Chris) he'll have to hear me complain for a while. :)
I hope that you all are doing fine... Thanksgiving has just passed and now Christmas is 23 days away! Thanks for the Advent Calendar Mom! Chris decided to put the first star up without me!
Love always,

Don't you just love the advent calendar! ? I love it. We put up a star tonight too- after we got the tree up. I love this month! I am sure you'll feel like a homeowner in no time. Hope you get feeling better- and I hope Chris does not have to work too many of those 20 hour shifts- yuck!
Love the Advent calendar too! But, you are not making too excited about this border patrol thing! I'm trying to figure out how I am going to be able too keep the kids quiet so Scott can sleep! Blah! Have you put up a Christmas tree? You should paint a wall or something to make yourself feel more like a home owner. Good luck! Love and miss you guys!
I'm so happy you like the calendar! It's something to hang so maybe it will help on the home owner end of things. I've been sick too (the cold thing) I thought I was over it and then the last 2 nights I have been coughing and feeling miseralbe again. Hope you get over it soon. Miss you kids!
Love MOM
Chris- it's funny what you said about the pic of Rowan on the side of my blog cause when Jon saw it he laughed because he thought Rowan looked like a football player with no neck :0) And I admit- he does kind of. But a super cute lil football player!
Sorry to hear you're sick! Hope that nasty bug surrenders soon so that you can enjoy YOUR house!!! :-)
I love tin foil dinners! They are so yummy! Glad you could be with Chris on Thanksgiving. We love our calendar too. We put all our stars up and now Nikki put an angel up today. Yay for Christmas!
Hope you feel better soon! Love ya!
