Confirming the newest member to the Church
Hi everyone! Well this weekend was pretty important for me and Chris. I was baptized into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, on Saturday. Boy what a feeling that was! It's indescribable! The best part was that my husband was the one to baptize me! Then today, I was confirmed a member of the LDS Church of Laredo 1st Branch. I was also able to sing for the branch a song I sang at LaVerne and Tony's Ward, His Hands, Kenneth Cope, a little more than a year ago. Elder Sullivan has been with us from start to finish, so we thought it was proper for him to Confirm me. He also accompanied me on the piano. Here are a few pictures. Have a great week everyone!

Chris and Princess! What a wonderful day! We are so thrilled to see you both dressed in white and can't wait to be with you in the Temple when you are sealed for time and all eternity! We love you and are proud of you both and the progress you have made in your personal and spiritual growth this past year! Hugs and kisses to the both of you!!!

How cool! I wish I could have been there with you guys to help celebrate this special time. Love the pictures. You two look great- I am so happy Chris was able to baptize you. Maybe if we start saving now we can be there for your temple sealing. Congrats.
Congratulations! That is so awesome! I guess I didn't realize that your baptism date changed from the 26th to 11th.
I hope I can come to the temple with you in a year and I sure hope Curtis will be back by then. Love and miss you!
Scott and I are so happy for the both of you. I was lucky enough to be baptized by my husband too, though he wasn't my husband at the time. Being a convert is a wonderful thing! You can truly appreciate this wonderful gift! We are looking forward to being there in a year for your sealing. And may I say what a blessing the two of you will be to your branch there in Laredo! This event really boosts our spirits and strengthens our testimonies during these difficult times. Thank you for that. We love you guys. XOXO
